Enhanced Dispatching with Load Manager's Texting Feature
Load Manager offers a powerful texting capability that streamlines the dispatching process. With this feature, you can send crucial load information directly to your drivers via SMS text message, ensuring they receive all the necessary details quickly and efficiently on their mobile devices.
Key Benefits:
The text message automatically populates with essential load details, including pickup and delivery addresses, dates, times, contact information, and any additional notes. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors.
The texting feature is priced at $15 per month, covering up to 200 messages. If you exceed this limit, each additional message costs just $0.05.
Requirements:

How to Dispatch a Driver via SMS:
Open the Load you wish to dispatch
Click the envelope symbol located next to the "Rate Con" button ("Dispatch Report" button if you're using a Driver instead of Carrier, or have not assigned either to the load yet).
Choose "Text Dispatch" from the options provided.
The "To:" field will automatically fill with the driver’s cell phone number. If needed, you can manually enter or modify the number in this field.
The body of the text message will automatically include all the critical load information. You can edit or add to this content if necessary.
Once you’re happy with the message, hit send to deliver the load details to the driver.
This texting feature enhances communication, ensuring your drivers have instant access to the information they need, boosting efficiency and minimizing misunderstandings.
