Editing loads individually can take up a lot of time, especially when you manage a large number of shipments. However, Load Manager TMS provides a powerful solution: you can edit loads in bulk. With this feature, you update multiple loads at once, saving valuable time and effort.

How to Edit Loads in Bulk

1. Click "My Loads" on the dashboard to view your current loads.
   

   

2. Next, click the checkboxes beside the loads you want to edit. Select as many as you need.
   

   

3. After choosing at least one load, the system displays a menu above the load list with bulk update options. (Click on image below for a clear view.)
   

   

4. From the menu, pick the update type you want to apply. Options include:
   • Changing the load status
   • Updating the ship date
   • Sending loads to load boards
5. Based on the update type you select, the system prompts you to input new details or choose from available options.
6. Finally, after entering the required information, click the “Update Loads” button to apply the changes to all selected loads instantly.

Performance Considerations

While Load Manager sets no limits on how many loads you can update at once, consider your system’s capabilities. If you use standard computer hardware and internet speeds, update up to 25 loads at a time to maintain smooth performance. Meanwhile, those with advanced setups can comfortably update up to 100 loads in a single batch.
